Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Palestrina

The National Archaeological Museum of Palestrina is located inside the Palazzo Barberini, in the historic center of the city. The museum area collects different busts, pebbles and statues found in the necropolis of Colombella and Claida. The “Mosaic of the Nile” comes from the area of the Sanctuary of Primigenia Fortune with Egyptian scenes from the end of the 2nd century BC.
